The Census Bureau's report Income, Poverty, and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2008 was released on September 10, 2009. The report presented data on income, poverty, and health insurance coverage in the United States based on information collected in the 2009 Current Population Survey (CPS) Annual Social and Economic Supplement (ASEC).
